Hi Fasting Fam! I weighed in at 217 after yesterday’s down day, yay! When I started modified ADF a week and a half ago I was at 221.
Tomorrow is pizza night with Dad so I’ll have to limit myself to cucumber and celery until dinner where I’ll have around 1000 calories, and then on Friday for Valentines weekend I’ll be at the beach on a romantic excursion with my boyfriend so I will have to make sure and balance out cannabis beverage and alcohol calories with lots of walking and _____ and get right back at it on Monday. I’ll do my best to not overdo it but I’m not going to deprive myself of vacation joys and experiences.
Today I was in my calorie goal and enjoyed:
coffee with half & half and sugar free vanilla bean syrup
a bowl of cereal (had 2 cups instead of the usual 3)
a breakfast turkey patty and a cheese slice on one slice of bread
a chicken vermicelli bowl
2 bags of Quest nacho cheese protein chips. 140 cal with 18g protein each
full fat Greek yogurt and a banana with banana extract and sugar free vanilla bean syrup and some nuts
a protein shake

This was sooooo good
I walked at lunch, did a 5000 step walking workout with Rick, a bicep & tricep workout with Kaleigh, and some yin yoga from Do Yoga With Me (streaming app).
