Well Fasting Fam, much of my hard work was undone during my beach getaway, and I’m finishing up vacation food and and reminiscing in leftover beer today. I wish I were still at the beach with my long distance boyfriend and am feeling all the bittersweet feels and don’t want to let this time slip into the past, as if in some way the buzzed beer feeling can prolong the vacation vibe in some magical hoppy way. I have one more day to ride the tide but it already feels long ago. Sigh.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, would be my normal fast day this week so tomorrow it’s back on the modified ADF bandwagon. I’m looking forward to it, actually, and I know in a few days I’ll be back to where I was weight wise.
Tonite my workout partner and I will ease back into things with some Nia and Yin Yoga. I don’t know where I’d be without my mind/body practices!
