up day + a new fast day find

Hi Fasting Fam! I’m 2 lbs up from my weigh-in before vacation and I’m good with it, as I had 5 indulgent eat days in a row and this is to be expected. And not to get too graphic here, but when I weighed myself this morning I hadn’t done #2 yet so this number might actually be a bit lower.

I had a medium nice day of eating today and am looking forward to tomorrow’s modified fast day.

I like making my “Diet Soup” sometimes on a modified fast day, but am not happy with the flavor of the low cal boxed broth I’ve been using. Today on Amazon I found this Harmony House Premium Vegetable Soup Mix that is only 58 calories! The video says to add 6 parts water to 1 part soup mix so sipping this hot and savory soup could be a fast day game changer. I have a special Stanley soup thermos and could see myself making 2 servings of this to take with me when I go to the zoo, especially during these cold winter months. I could always add some tofu, egg whites, and chopped celery to this to make it a bit more robust if needed.
