a contented up day

I had a nice up day and ate my own food: a banana and 2 TB almond butter with 1/2 cup organic oats – which were yummy and super filling, I used 1 C Fairlife fat free protein milk and 1/4 C egg whites to blend in all of the above, and topped it with some Reese’s peanut butter baking chips once finished. You need to stir halfway because of the egg whites. I didn’t eat lunch until 1:30 I was so full! Lunch was some ham and a cheese slice in a toasted English muffin with some watermelon, and dinner was a chicken and black bean burrito. I had some protein chips and pretzel flats with hummus as well, and ending the day with a cannabis soda 🍀

Tomorrow, Caturday, is a down day and I’ll be enjoying the new usual: iced protein coffee, tuna fish salad, the egg scramble, and celery, cucumber, pickles and green pepper as a snack if needed. I’ll be doing yard work and setting up my patio swimming pool but mostly just having a chill day at home, maybe even in the cold pool because it will get up to around 90 this weekend.

ADF and not drinking alcohol has helped a lot with food cravings. Maybe the weight loss sleep hypnoses are helping too, who knows?
