fasting without trying these days / plant based / Zwift free trial

Fasting Fam, I’ve returned to eating plant based for many reasons and have been slowly losing weight without trying. I feel so much better eating this way, physically and spiritually. Today is an OMAD with vegan pizza with a friend before heading off to the symphony.

My 6 year relationship came to an end last week, and I’m both sad and relieved, but mostly relieved. Lately my focus has been on creating a peaceful life for myself, and turning my home into even more of a sanctuary.. I’m a terrible housekeeper but the desire to have a comfortable home is beginning to outweigh the laziness.

The other thing I’m starting to obsess over is early retirement. I reach my rule of 90 in 2 years when I’m 61.8 years old (not that I’m counting!) which means I will receive a $850 pension each month, and at 62 I can collect social security if the asshole fascist racist billionaire Rapeublicunts don’t take that away from hard working Americans.

I want to have a cozy and tidy home by the time I retire and I want to be healthy to enjoy it. Time passes so quickly, the 2 years will be here before we know it, and I will be free. I lead a simple life and will make it work. I hope my father lives forever, but he is 91 and at some point I will inherit a nice chunk of $ so I’m not too worried about finances. I’m frugal. Health is the true wealth, and I want to be able to walk my 5 miles a day in Retirement, or the equivalent on my cardio equipment if inclement weather. I can’t wait to get my senior citizen cheap bus pass and explore other Portland neighborhoods and discover fun cafes and places new to me. I’m mostly in Montavilla, downtown, or in Washington Park at the zoo.

How do you all make your homes a sacred place?
