Fasting Fam I had a medium nice up day today, and am looking forward to tomorrow’s fast day, as it will take me closer to my goal weight of 150. I also like the challenge of it, and when my tummy rumbles I envision it eating away at fat and then drink some more water.
I was 220 lbs. this morning, 7 lbs down from 227 the day before. Much of that was water weight, but it’s nice to see a lower number all the same. 21 pounds until Onederland.
Tonite I did a killer kettlebell workout followed by a high protein dinner.
