prepping down day meals for beach getaway

Hi Fasting Family, and Happy Up Day to me! It’s been a decadent one and I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s down day, though it could be tough because I’ll be traveling with a friend who is not at all dieting and in fact is pretty indulgent most of the time. Planning ahead is key for me, so this is what I plan to have on my 2 down days (both mercifully on transit days) and both will be a little over but I’ll be doing long sandy beach walks, too:

Down Day 1:

(coffee for the car) coffee with vanilla protein shake on ice and coconut sugar free syrup 30g protein
(car snacks) celery, pickles, 1 turkey pepperoni stick, 1 cheese stick, half cucumber
(hotel) chicken salad with zero calorie Taco Bell hot sauce
(hotel) 2 egg 4 TB eggwhites scramble with cheese slice

Up Day ~

Down Day 2:

(hotel) hotel coffee with Starbucks Instant, vanilla protein shake on ice and coconut sugar free syrup 30g protein
(car snacks): celery, pickles, 1 turkey pepperoni stick, 1 cheese stick, half cucumber
(home) 3 egg scramble with cheese slice
