Fasting Fam, today was a scheduled down day but I had a 40th class reunion planning party to go to and I wasn’t going to pass up a veggie mezza from my favorite Lebanese place and good times.
Luckily, fasting is a WOE where you can be flexible and this week will just have to be a 4:3, which works out well because I’ll be fasting tomorrow, Saturday, and then Sunday is Father’s Day, where I’ll be taking my dad out to pizza. Tomorrow’s 600 ish down day will more than likely be the usual:
iced protein mocha (dark instant coffee and 30g protein chocolate shake on the rocks)
chicken salad
egg scramble
