After 4 up days in a row yesterday’s down day felt GREAT. Still at 218.
For breakfast today I had some yogurt with oats, chia seeds, blueberries, and sugar free blueberry syrup. Lunch was 2 small hot dog bun meatball subs with Italian cheese.
Dinner was an almond butter and jam sammy and an orange.
I’d like to get up early tomorrow and work out before work. Wish me luck! I was consistently getting up at 4:00 and going to bed at 8:00 until mid-December when my boyfriend came back into my life, which in a great way turned my life upside down but morning workouts went bye-bye.
